I Am Withdrawing From Fentanyl Patches - Mostly On My

I am withdrawing from Fentanyl patches - mostly on my own due to availability of my doctor. I was cut from 50 mg patch to 25 mg, then I ran out of those. I am having some bad withdrawl symptoms and from what I have read, I don't know, but it can be dangerous to withdraw from Fentanyl on your own. what drugs can I ask my doctor for without creating a new addiction? I have restless leg syndrome terrible at night. past two weeks I have probably gotten maybe 20 hours of sleep. I am not doing good. thank you
