I Am Wondering If I Am Contagious, Or If It

I am wondering if I am contagious, or if it is ok for me to go back to work tomorrow - I had a stomachache in the evening 2 days ago, and woke up during the night and had to vomit. A lot. I had had a salad from a local restaurant with salmon in it. I managed to sleep for a while afterward. The next morning I vomited again, but just a little as I had only had a small sip of water. I had a temperature of 99.5. I have not vomited again, and have only had broth, applesauce, crackers, ice. But I still have a temperature. I have been taking Tylenol for the fever. I have also had body pain, but mainly lower back, hips, thighs.
