I Am Wondering If I Might Have An Inner Ear

I am wondering if I might have an inner ear problem or vertigo or??? I am getting over the flu and have a lingering cough. Dr have me a cough medicine that made me extremely nauseous for a couple days. This is day 6 after the bad reaction to the cough medicine and I still have a motion sickness type of feeling 24/7. I also have a plugged up right ear for about 3-4 weeks. Dr has looked in my ear and said all looked good. Tired of being nauseous all the time.
