I Am Wondering If Certain Symptoms I Am Having May

I am wondering if certain symptoms I am having may be indicative of multiple sclerosis . The main disturbing symptom I have been wondering about is a numbness in my thigh that has been chronic for about a year and a new numbness on the side of my thumb. Other symptoms include bladder and bowel dysfunctions, fatigue, body stiffness and pain , and others. How might I approach my family doctor and do you think MS is a possibility?
