I Am Wondering If My 20 Month Old Has Slapped

I am wondering if my 20 month old has Slapped Cheek virus. She started vomiting last night and vomited most of the night. But has only vomited once today. She is quite happy in her self when not being sick, but also feels slightly hot, not a high fever just above normal. She also has a red rash on one cheek the other is slightly red but one is more so. I live in China and don't have brilliant access to healthcare. Also I am 23 weeks pregnant. Should I be worried about the baby?
