I Am Wondering If My GERD Symptoms Are Worse. I

I am wondering if my GERD symptoms are worse. I have been on several GERD medications for over 20 years. The past week or so, I get a tickling sensation. Sometimes at the base of my throat, sometimes near the top of my stomach and sometimes midway between. The tickling causes a cough or two and then it subsides. FYI, a week ago I began taking 2mg of Lunesta at bedtime to help treat a sleep issue.
