I Am Wondering The Odds Of A Pregnancy With Implanon

I am wondering the odds of a pregnancy with implanon as birth control and had 2.5 years, got a BMI of roughly 15.7 and been completely regular til last month when after I got many symptoms of pregnancy had an extremely heavy and bright red flow with many clots. Had a few neg home tests, but have 3 children already and know the symptoms and symptoms still there. Can I be pregnant??
