I Am Worried. After 7 Deaths In My Family..and Huge

I am worried. After 7 deaths in my family..and huge stress..it was discoveted that I had protien on the urine.172 on July..824 in Nov.664 in Dec.
My CAT is normal and my Cystopy was as well.Urologist dischsrged me
My blood pressure is normal as is my kidney. function. I am not diabetic.
Would you jump into a biopsy?
What is your opinion as to what this could be?
