I Am Worried. My Fiance And I Are Expecting Twins.

I am worried. My fiance and i are expecting twins. We make our count and she is pregnant 8 weeks. But the doctor says 10. We jad an US regular and a vaginal one. There was no heart beat in nether of the twins.my fiance has no pain nore nothing. The doctors say that the babies are dead but we dont know what to do.
