I Am Worried About My Son's Friend On His Basketball

I am worried about my son's friend on his basketball team. 10 yr old boy who plays multiple sports. He is without a doubt pushed beyond his limit by his parents. His dad is a coach. The kid was puking all night before a game, and left the game to vomit, and then kept playing. He was forced to go to baseball practice after the game. The next week he was playing injured and I learned his dad is having him lift weights. He is growing more tired. Last night, I learned he had a temperature of 104 and they finally took him in. Worried he is developing a syndrome of some sort... the kiddo is deteriorating.
