I Am Worried My Result Of My Xray Basal Pneumonitis

I am worried my result of my xray basal pneumonitis right...what i will do...last month I check up to the pulmonary doctor but he advise to buy the senicond and montelucast medicine until i take....my coughing are not removed...I will come back again to the doc. but he given me a recommendation to the ENT doc...when im going to the doc.of the throat advise me to take the aceclopenac and omeprazole medicine until now my cough are not removed.....please help me.....
