I Am Worried That I Am Not Getting The Right

I am worried that I am not getting the right treatment. I have been diagnosed with RSD. I have been going to pain management for about 6 years. They claim I have neuropathy and want to try muscle manipulation. I dropped an old style tv on my foot and it broke the bone by my little toe. The bone healed but I have been in severe pain constantly. I have been asking why my foot and leg turn colors. It is always it is your nerves.
Could I possible have RA or a neurological problem and they diagnosed RSD because they don't no.
