I Am Writing About My Sister. She Is 60, 5'3",

I am writing about my sister. She is 60, 5'3", about 125 lbs. She told me that recently, whenever she bumps into something with her arm or her leg (can be either), she experiences severe pain. So bad that she has to sit down. She has been a tomboy all her life, played softball as a catcher and is not afraid of hard work. She is also experiencing ankle swelling. She works at a restaurant, on her feet all shift. I'm a little concerned.
