I am writing for my husband. 60 yo, should occasional brown tinted semen be of concern? Not associated to pain or discharge. No other symptoms. He has a history of BPH, elevated PSA with normal prostate biopsy and no abnormal findings on recent MRI of prostate, both done 2016.
