I Am Writing You About My Health Issue I Have

I am writing you about my health issue I have been suffering from male infertility. I got married three years ago. Wife and I had medical checkup a year ago. Wife is absolutely fertile. Issue is related to me. Our Gynecologist referred to me to Urologist for my treatment, then I went for semen analysis which showed abnormal results and value is less than 0.5 counts with no motile and no morphology and marked as OLIGOASTHENOOOZOSPERMIA. My Urologist further asked me to have doppler scan and then in ultrasound it was diagnosed as Vericocele of Grade III. After this, I had Vericocele surgey and now it is a month ago i had surgery. Again i went to have my sperm test and doppler scan. Now it shows the same result in sperm test as earlier before vericocele surgery and marked as OLIGOASTHENOOOZOSPERMIA and doppler scan showed no vericocle exist now. I would like to ask you why my semen test showing that almost same results?
