I Am Y60 Yrs Old And Am Having Heart Palpitations,

I am y60 yrs old and am having heart palpitations, I have experienced them on and off for a few years. I have seen a cardiologist and they were not able to find anything. I also started having periods again a couple of months ago. today I am experiencing heart palpitations (4 hours so far @ 140 beats per min)…. hot sweats for about 15 minutes.
