I Am.26 Years Old. I Have Severe Acne From.last 10

I am.26 years old. I have severe acne from.last 10 years. every time I.consult some dermatologist and he presciribes me some antibiotics along with creams containg benzoyl peroxide. den my.acne become alright but reappear after some time. dis time my doctor prescribed me minoz od 100 along with vitamin a capsules and I m.taking these from.last 6 months. now my doctor is saying to stop.these.medicines and to be on clindac a gel, nodoxin and adapelene lotion..I am really afraid what if I get my acne back after stopping minoz. I get into.extreme depression due to acne .. please help
