I Am75, Had A Very Bad Fall About 1 1/2

I am75, had a very bad fall about 1 1/2 months ago. since then have seen blood in my stool. i also have serious back pain from the fall. was taken to hospital. could't move, they thought i had broke my back. not the case, very thankful for that. no problem having a bowel movement, just wondering if the fall could have caused damage to my bowels someway.
