I Am.8th Week Pregnant..I Have Throat Infection With With Minor

I am.8th week pregnant..I have throat infection with with minor mucus in only throat but today I have pain in throat with headache and today mucus come with minor blood.
I have this problem from the last one month.....I have consulted with my gyne doctor .She suggest me that take klaricid 500mg ...but my husband said , no its not save take cefspan 400mg..plz help me and tell me which is better for me....
