I Am.abroad And Had Sex With A Women About 5

I am.abroad and had sex with a women about 5 days ago and the condom broke. I soon noticed a tingling sensation around the penis opening with redness at the tip around the opening. Within a day this lead to discomfort during urination.

I suspected a UTI as there was no puss present, but being paranoid, I took azithromycin 1000mg and have started a course of doxycycline in case I had chlamydia or ghonnorhia.

2 days ago (it may have been there longer) I noticed a single spot on my penis shaft which is red and has a crater like appearance. It is relatively painless, as any spot normally is and has not spread or changed as far as I can see.

I am terrified that it could be herpes and will seek testing tomorrow morning. However I am seeking any assurances now that I may be OK!

My friend has herpes and said he had a fever and terrible pain from outbreak, which are unlike my symptoms but I appreciate not all cases are alike.
