I An 38 Weeks And 1 Days Pregnant. I Am

I an 38 weeks and 1 days pregnant. I am having lower back cramps, period like cramps in my lower abdomen and this morning my vagina was swollen inside and out. Are these signs I should be going into labor soon or just routine pregnancy changes. This is my third baby and was induced with both previous children
