I An Having An Eye Issue In Both Eyes. The

I an having an eye issue in both eyes. The inside corners and top lids get red and sore, similar to poison ivy or a skil allergy. My mother has very sensitive skin, and I am beginning to wonder if her skin issues are now showing up in me. I went to my ophthalmologist about a month ago, who said there is nothing wrong with my eyes. Said it could be an allergy and suggested I use Vaseline to help the lids heal. My Dad died of sebaceous cell carcinoma, which presents in the lower eye lid. My GP assured me I do not have that, but am understandably nervous as this has been going on for a couple of months now. So you have suggestions?
