I Apparently Have Minor Wear And Tear In My Neck

I apparently have minor wear and tear in my neck and have for the past 5 years or so.In the past 4/5 months or so I have had weakness in both arms.Just lifting dishes ect gives me pain, I also have pain in the left hand side of my tummy and lowerback I have had 3 lots of blood tests wich came back normal,I have been given all the usual pain and anti inflamatory. i am also on hrt I am.currently awaiting orthopedic appointment.
