I Ate A Fairly Large Salad This Evening For Dinner.

I ate a fairly large salad this evening for dinner. It was with bagged lettuce, ham, carrots, avocado, cheese, tomato's , cucumber with blue cheese dressing. Started having cramps mildly and started to get bloated. It has now been several hours and I am getting pretty severe upper and lower stomach cramps. No nausea. I just took some kaopectate but not sure if this is serious or not.
