I Ate A Meal With Turkey Meatballs, Sprouted Brown, Red

I ate a meal with turkey meatballs, sprouted brown, red and black rice with a fruit salad and a little whipped cream. I also snacked on teriyaki beef jerky. I fell asleep on the couch and when I tried to get up, I suffered the most excrusiating pain on my right chest. Literally I could not move. It was a burning pain that got worse when I tried to move. I am also having a lot of gas. I have a large hyietalhernia and hypothyroidism. Could the salty food I ate have caused this. No pain on left side at all.
