I Ate A Pistachio With Out Looking At It And

I ate a pistachio with out looking at it and I tasted the most horrible taste I have ever tasted. It was the sour and bitter feeling that made me so sick that I had to wash my mouth completely and I am scared that it might of been poisoned -Please help me Owen
