I Ate An Indian Sweet Laddu And Observed Spotting In

I ate an Indian sweet laddu and observed spotting in my stool . Even thought had blood in my stool . But on closer look it seems the color was orange. Now the sweet I had was orange for in color. I have had this sweet before but this time it was from a different shop and color was too orange. Is there a possibility of food color coming out with my stool? Please help
