I Ate Some Nuts Yesterday Early Afternoon And Experienced Severe

I ate some nuts yesterday early afternoon and experienced severe pain in my upper abdomen. It caused me to feel nausiated and I didn't eat until dinner. At which time I hardly ate anything, which was some scrambled eggs. Today, I had some corn nuts not thinking that would be an issue but not only do I have the same type of pain, it is worse. It is in the same place and I can hardly walk normal. Each step I take makes the pain worse and it hurts to sit or anything. The pain is making me feel nausiated again and now I don't want to eat. I usually eat nuts all the time so not sure what is happening.
