I Ate Some Supermarket Sushi Today - Salmon Roll. It

I ate some supermarket sushi today - salmon roll. It was fine, but for several hours afterwards, I was very dizzy and disoriented. Was it MSG? I've had the same experience a couple of other times. Needless to say, I won't be eating supermarket sushi again.
