I Ate Some Very Greasy Fish And Chips At 7pm

I ate some very greasy fish and chips at 7pm a few days ago and then took about 1/2 gram of amphetamine 30 minutes later.I took the Amphetamine with milk which was overdate but did not smell off.about 12 hours later I was in agony with severe cramps in my lower abdomen and I felt very constipated.I injured my hand earlier in the week and had was taking some solpadol but stopped taking the day before I took amphetamine.I really strained to pass stools and then I noticed a small amount of fresh looking blood on the tissue and after being on my hands and knees for an hour trying to ease the cramping pain.I felt I could go back to bed,While in bed I constantly felt like I had the runs and instead I would break wind and pass blood instead.I have had cancer of the penis and had most of my penis removed with surgery and all of my lymph node sections were negative.could the blood be from the amphetamine,It was street amphetamine and I am not a regular user of the stuff.I dont usually eat greasy food or deep fried fish.
