I Attempted To Donate Blood 7.5 Hrs Ago. Even Though

I attempted to donate blood 7.5 hrs ago. Even though they tried both arms and got a little blood, they were unsuccessful in getting a flow going. I just pulled off the band aid on my left arm and have 2 red streaks the width of the Band-Aid. Do I need to see a doctor?
