I Attempted To Slash Up My Arm While Intoxicated, With

I attempted to slash up my arm while intoxicated, with a dirty cheap razor head i found on the bathroom floor. The cuts arent deep and barely bled but the next morning my arm stings and is all red puffy, do i have serious infections to worry about? How should i treat it
