I Ave Two Large Intramural Fibroids Each Approx 6.5cm. One

I ave two large intramural fibroids each approx 6.5cm. One fibroid contains a hypoechoic central portion. The end one trial stripe (0.9cm) is normal in thickness and uniformed in echopattern. All organs are okay. I am 50years old. Do I need to remove them. Thank you.
