I Awoke Last Night With In Extreme Discomfort, I Had

I awoke last night with in extreme discomfort, I had pain and pressure in/around my solar plexus, the pain was similar to a dull toothache. I did not eat anything unusual. after about an 1 hour the pain subsided. I do not have a history of this type of discomfort
