I Awoke One Morning A Few Weeks Back,felt A Small

I awoke one morning a few weeks back,felt a small sharp pain on my lower left rib.it disappeared.didnt think about it again until a week later.have had slight swelling and pressure under the rib cage.now have bubble like feelings as drinks or food are swallowed.bra is very uncomfortable.any thoughts ?
