I Awoke This Morning With A Large Circular Bruise With

I awoke this morning with a large circular bruise with a white center . In the center of the white center is a tiny scratch mark. It is not painful. I am recuperating from a fall from a horse and am post surgery for about a month. My surgical incision looks angry, the surgery was on my right leg, the bruise on my right arm. I am taking Tramadol and Tylenol.
