I Badly Fell Off The Stairs With My Daughter In

I badly fell off the stairs with my daughter in my hands while trying to step over the baby gate on a top stair.... I ended up crushing down with the gate in between my legs and at the same time trying to protect my daughter from getting hurt ....
I could not get up from the floor screaming in pain .... The gate hit me right next to vagina causing bad purple bruise and a bad swelling I can barely walk or seat.....
How could I speed up the healing and do I need any follow up?
