I Badly Sprained My Right Ankle Three Days Ago. Had

I badly sprained my right ankle three days ago. Had it wrapped and iced and swelling around ankle is reduced. Tonight when I took off the ankle brace I noticed that my upper shin right below the calf is swollen and there is red/purple decorations in a band around my calf. I noticed the,dis coloration this morning but now it's much worse. I'm worried that there is something more serious wrong with my leg
