I Banged My Head On Saturday Night And Was Taken

I banged my head on Saturday night and was taken to hospital. I couldn't remember anything about how I had done it. My blood pressure was 140/90. Is that normal? They didn't say much about that, just that it was raised a little bit. After a ct scan they said I have concussion and could go home. I still have a headache, I have vomited a few times and have numbness in my fingers. Occasionally I will feel dizzy and need to lay down. Is this normal?
