I Be Got A Bold Patch On My Head Again

I be got a bold patch on my head again ,I had one before bout a year ago, I'm 44 years old and female, I went for a scan on my ovars and they told me I had a thyroid,my doctor said it was normal, I don't take any medinice fr thyroid, but I'm worried I have a bold patch and this time all the hairs gone it competing bold just where the crown is,I'm worried do I have a dieses
