I Be Had A Partial Thyroïdectomy A Year And A

I be had a partial thyroïdectomy a year and a half ago and since then every now and again I would have trouble burping it feels like there’s a lot of flame blocking the gas from coming out it would go on for hours then when I do burp everything would go bck to normal until it happens again is this normal?
