I Became Ill 4 Days Ago. It Started With Large

I became ill 4 days ago. It started with large amounts of clear mucous, than oral thrush, next severe sore throat, yesterday sinus congestion and low grade fever. My throat improved and so did the sinus congestion and mucous. Today, I still have a low grade fever and the GI symptoms; abdominal pain and diarrhea.
My dog had a fungal infection, could I have contracted it and would the symptoms I am having be related to a fungal infection?
