I Became Severely Dehydrated Yesterday. I Started Shivering And Jerking

I became severely dehydrated yesterday. I started shivering and jerking .my son called the pharmacy an they said get fluids like piedialyte .that is what I sent him for. He came home with Comforts Grape electrolyte solution. And two bottles of ahydehyrate. I drank those all night.
I got up and started
And did well until awhile ago. I am drinking as munch as I can . Is his substitute as good as the piedialite...?
