I Been Experienceing Something Like Uti But It's Not I

I been experienceing something like uti but it's not I went to check and when I pee it hurts and light pink blood comes out also and when I wipe. I took a pregnancy test it came out positive but it still hurts when I pee and I still see pink blood when I wipe and a little in the toilet. What can it be?
