I Been Having A Headache Every Day For The Last

I been having a headache every day for the last 48 years none stop, I have taking every thing to stop it, even taken test to rule out possibilities, now I am 74 worring why I still have headaches none stop every day. I am retired from constructional work. My headaches started when my eye burst a blood vessel 48 years ago. I was wondering if you could help me solve this problem.
