I Been Having A Pain And Swollen Glad On My

I been having a pain and swollen glad on my upper left side of my neck and it pass to the back side of my upper shoulder. i've been having this problem almost a year already. This week I went to my cardiologist and they did a EKG came out at the end of EKG it's going like up side down. Doctor said it could be a blockage. And he send me stress test. My question is can the pain on my Neck and shoulder be part of the blockage.
