I Been Having Blackouts And Today My Vision Was Blurry

I been having blackouts and today my vision was blurry and I felt I was going to blackout. I recently had back surgery and in the recovery room I was told I have A fib. I also had blackouts with feeling lightheaded before blacking out. today is the first day my vision was blurry
