I Been Having Chest Pains And My Left Arm Falls

I been having chest pains and my left arm falls asleep sometimes and now I'm having really bad abdominal pain that comes and goes. Sometimes it feels like is rotating, first my right side abdomen, then my left arm and then my chest. Can u help me please
