I Been Having Nausea Since November I Have Had 4

I been having nausea since November I have had 4 pregnancy test that was neg December and January I was having light cramps and pelvic pain and also headaches I have gained weight in my hips and belly I look pregnant and now I'm feeling movement but I still have regular period could this be a cryptic pregnancy.
