I Been On The Depo Shot For Only 3 Month

I been on the depo shot for only 3 month than stopped because I was trying to get pregnant. I went Dec 29...was suppose to go back march 8...
Now May 5 I woke with cramps and light bleeding, feeling a lot tired. Does me bleeding meaning the depo is leave my system?
